The rooms were extremely dirty, and there was literally a blood stain on the bed, and the bathrooms were so dirty. No customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend staying here all night. You will be kept awake by how rude other guests are and how loud they are.

The hotel was just ok. I felt safe and there were some conveniences like parking, dining areas nearby and some shopping. I didn’t like the fact that we were put on the first floor right near the entrance and elevators. You could hear a lot of noise and doors banging all hours of the night. Also, the bed was horrible. The mattress was far too soft. I woke up with a soar back. I’m ok if the mattress is medium firmness but it was very soft.

room was good but a lot of noise all night. staff was good but took a long time checking in. no soap in room. breakfast was pretty good and decent amount of options. parking was decent.
