.This is a premium 1-bedroom loft in a secure downtown building. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with quality linens, and the living room offers a sofa and TV for winding down. The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and basic cookware so you can cook instead of eating out every night.

The layout works well for solo travelers, couples, or up to 3–4 guests who don’t mind sharing the space.

There is free street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is usually available, but it can get tighter during busy times and events.

If street parking is full, there is a paid secured surface lot at 1801 Swingos Ct (behind the Comfort Inn) just a short walk from the building. I don’t own or manage this lot, and rates/hours are set by the lot operator, but it’s a reliable backup option if you prefer a dedicated spot.

Please note: there is no reserved or assigned parking space included with the loft, and parking is not inside the building’s garage.
