Most of the food was cold we got there around 10:00-15 for breakfast there were no eggs the coffee was out the potatoes were cold they did finally replace the eggs and they were all right. The waffles were good. Front desk was great with check in and very friendly and also with check out offering medicine extra hour to sleep in. We had a great stay it was quiet the room was clean and would stay again

The room was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was in town for graduate school research for my final essays and had to go to the Cleveland Clinic to interview physicians on site. However, I did NOT expect to pay $100 for two nights of parking, which is expensive for a student! That was the only downside of the trip.
