Excellent hotel and property where we have stayed 2 times and will def stay again! Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms with full kitchens (1-bedroom suite is worth the extra cost!), good breakfast, easy parking (fairly expensive but par for the course at this location), the pool and pool room are awesome, walkable to Cle Clinic. They also have a dedicated shuttle for patients. Highly recommend!

Almost awesome

The hotel is nice, the location is awesome, specially if your destiny is cleveland clinic. They have an awesome shuttle service to the clinic, back and forward. The only problem they have is with cleaning personal. They are lazy and they only clean what is in front of their eyes. One thay i had to make them clean 3 times. Otherwise, would have been an awesome stay.

The hotel room was very clean and the front desk personnel very attentive. I love the shuttle driver he helped my spouse who had a visual disability in and out of the van. The breakfast food was subpar not really up to standard for this chain. The first day barely okay. The second day not eatable. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this hotel. The location is excellent for the Cleveland Clinic

Too hot in the rooms with no help

Our room was very hot 78 degrees and the air conditioning was not working. We told the front desk many times and they tried to fix it remotely but nothing worked. The hotel was fully booked so we could not move rooms. It was very very uncomfortable to sleep. The next day we asked again and finally an engineer came to look at the problem and fixed it.

The hotel was clean for the most part and spacious. The layout worked well for my needs. The amenities were good too! Great value for the food. The front desk was very responsive to any and all needs in a timely manner. I will note that I didn’t think the room was as clean as it should have been. The carpet had several spots on it and was even ripped where the flooring met ( with the kitchenette flooring). The walls in the shower also had some orange residue present near the complimentary toiletries. Not a super big deal just not the level of cleanliness one would expect in a hotel.
