Very clean and beautiful apartment; however, I don’t like that housekeeping isn’t included unless you stay for a week. I think housekeeping should be standard considering you must pay $42 a day for parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very safe in the parking garage and in the building because you need a keycard for access to the elevator.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, quiet room. Navigation within the building and the parking was a challenge but manageable.The cleanliness of the room was average at best. The bed was 1 foot off the ground, fine for us but might be difficult for some.

Excellent room excellent staff is very nice quiet it’s not really a hotel. It’s more like a condo with hotel rooms. I only complaint would be that you have to pay parking separately.

It was excellent, but keep in mind this is NOT a luxury hotel--it's a luxury short-term apartment. Do your grocery shopping out of town, before you check in--the neighborhood has some nice restaurants, but simple stuff is hard to get. The hotel should give you some sort of guide/help for restaurants and stores that deliver. (The big Westside farmers' market is a short drive away, and that was worth a few hours for shopping.) That said, the facility itself was excellent and the kitchen was remarkably well equipped--even a potato peeler!
