Dog hair was all over the room. The folks on staff promised us a phone call from a manager, which has never occurred. This hotel has not taken this issue seriously and I’d think twice about this place if cleanliness is important to you.

The unit was immaculate and centrally located. Convenient parking too. Unfortunately the heat pump was super loud and located within the unit. We worked around it by turning off its cutoff switch during the night so we could sleep, but this did make the unit cold during our winter stay.

We will definitely stay here again next time we visit downtown. Apartment was great, staff were super nice, everything was clean, location was great. So many good restaurants near by. It was the perfect place for our trip.
