I had a fantastic stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night after a long day of travel. The check-in experience with Katie was an absolute delight. She was friendly, efficient, and brought such positive energy to the process that it instantly set the tone for a great stay. But what really stood out was her attentiveness and care—after I checked out, she called me to let me know I had left my medication behind before I even had a chance to realize it. Her quick thinking and thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Katie is a true asset to this hotel, and I can’t thank her enough for her help. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

I Like how you Disregarded the ants in my bed. And did not even state that in this email. Which I will be sending over to the city of Cleveland so they could do an inspection to your hotel. The front clerk should have never felt unsafe All I told her that I wanted a new fu$ing room And that’s it. She took it overboard and Called law-enforcement. You guys made me walk in the middle of the night in the neighborhood. I’ve never been to another hotel. I will escalate this with my bank as well with fraudulent charges. If you’d like me to pursue more, I would, but I want a full refund for all nights
