Grear hotel but service needs re-training

Room was clean and comfortable. The mattresses are perfect and the square pillows are fun. Have stayed here before and loved it. This time things have slipped a little. Stayed in two different rooms. First one, handle in shower nearly came off. Breakfast was not up to par. Had to ask for plates, out of eggs, milk ran out. Wine machine is a great idea but it never worked.

Great Budget Hotel

Great budget hotel! It was clean and modern with a good breakfast. Overall, the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The couch was not particularly comfortable, but that didn't really matter for us.

Fun option near the airport!

We had a nice overnight stay at The Orbit. Fun option compared to the typical airport hotel. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Would stay here again if looking for a hotel close to the airport.

I spent the night before my 5:50 am flight home. The reviews were very positive and the free shuttle to the airport were the main reasons I stayed here. Rooms are very minimalistic and felt outdated. As others have mentioned the air conditioning was very loud when turning on. Whuch it did every 15 minutes. Kept waking me up. The planes taking off all night also kept me up, no sound proof windows. I scheduled the shuttle for 4am, it did not show up. There was no one at the front desk to find out where the shuttle was and i ended up having to ask a couple leaving to go to the airport for a ride, and they were nice enough to take me. I was so disappointed.

The service is excellent - having a 24 hour shuttle was crucial for us and they were VERY reliable - no problem making our 0530 flight; the rooms are very clean and spacious, but the layout is just not comfortable; the TV is too close to the bed; the rooms don't feel welcoming and comforting; difficult to relax
