Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. The property accommodation is over two levels. The ground floor accommodation includes the entrance hall, an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor accommodation consists of a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric cooker, and electric hob, Washer/Dryer combi. The living room area is furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs, SMART TV, and fireplace. The dining area can accommodate 6 persons and looks out on to the rear garden area of the property. A spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including WC, sink and shower completes the downstairs accommodation.
The upper floor is accessed by a staircase from the living room. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located upstairs and are made up of a twin bedroom complete with SMART TV and a single bedroom, both rooms offer wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Also, upstairs is a family bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with overhead electric shower. All bedrooms are carpeted and include ample storage for your belongings.
