Wonderful stay

Very happy with the accommodations and location. Loved having all of the wildlife just outside our front porch! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We were well taken care of by the owner and staff. Hoping to get back some day.

Quick weekend getaway spot

The cabin was easy to find with Google Maps and even had a ramp so the property is accessible to everyone. The pellet stove was a great way to warm the cabin and still have a fire, without the responsibility of an actual fire. Being able to use the grill was also a huge perk and there were tools available for the grill. The cabin was perfect for our short weekend getaway and was exactly what we were looking for. Also, a cabinet with a bunch of spices available for use? Amazing.

Great place

We've stayed here before and liked it so much we came back. The house is nice, very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part is the front deck. We sat out there a lot, watching the wild life and enjoying the weather.

A cabin that feels like Home!

My wife and I, both in our seventies, enjoyed the comfort and peacefulness of this rental! Everything we needed for our two week stay was there! We spent most of our time enjoying the covered front porch, including the porch swing, the comfortable chairs, and the well cleaned grill! The birds and the elk provided us with enjoyment! Having the property manager nearby was a real comfort, even though we never needed to call her for anything! The ramp that eliminated steps was a bonus! The internet was fast for streaming on the smart TV, the beds were comfortable, and we will return!

2-Nite Stay

We used the Quiet Cloudrcroft Cabin as our base for hiking White Sands National Park and several trails near Cloudcroft before heading east toward Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The house is very cozy and comfortable with all the comforts of home. It's even better in person than it looks in the pictures!

Great place

This property was cozy, comfy, and beautiful. It's several miles outside of town and about 1/2 mile from the highway so it was very quiet and peaceful. There are neighbors but not very close. One of the best features of the place is the huge deck across the front of the house. It has a very comfortable swing (great for napping), 2 comfy chairs, and a nice table & chairs, where I spent my mornings in Bible study. The place was very clean and furnished with everything we needed for a great stay.

Peaceful Retreat

Even though neighbors are fairly close to the property it was incredibly quiet. The place was clean and everything was well thought out. I appreciated having the breakfast items available as the nearest grocery is like 20-30 minutes away. I thought the price was also on point and would be an especially good deal if you were splitting the cost with another person. Great place to stay if you want to make day trips to White Sands, Ruidoso, or Las Cruces. Lots of camping/outdoor activities around and Cloudcroft is right down the road and is a cool place with good food. The deer and elk are beautiful and come around in the evenings! I would stay again.

Perfect mountain getaway

The property is a perfect place to escape to. My wife, myself and a couple of our friends had a great stay. There is plenty to do around Cloudcroft and the property is fully self sufficient to just escape to sand stay in.

Great Experience

The property was above and beyond what we expected. Other than groceries, most amenities were provided. It was in a quiet area. And, it was comfortable whether we were indoors or sitting on the porch. We would definitely consider a second stay. Five stars!
