Good response time, would be nice to have all the information on the listing

The good: The host was VERY responsive during our stay and handled our needs in a timely manner. We requested a couple things and our needs were met quickly and quietly. The bad: The listing didn't mention a casita or studio (garage?) being someones living quarters. We were notified the night before checkin of someone living in the casita with a "separate entrance" leading to some confusion during checkin. The garage (aka studio?) door to the house was nailed shut. People came and went to the casita and attached garage during our stay. Someone in the garage could potentially hear everything while guests are in the living room, downstairs bathroom, and/or kitchen. We were also told there were signs on doors to not be accessed. There weren't any signs. The door latch to the downstairs bathroom was installed in reverse, so when in use, another person could simply push the door open. All of these 'issues' stem from the fact we value privacy and only look for entire house listings. Finally, the dishwasher did not work and we found out when trying to run it to find out the host knew beforehand. Dishes for 2 by hand is no issue, but 7 over 3 nights? Overall: Many of these noted items are easily fixed and will likely be addressed, but this was our experience during our stay. We would not stay again due to the shared nature of the grounds. However, for someone who does not mind others coming and going with cameras around the outside, that should not be an issue. YMMV.

Nice house in a convenient location!

Comfortable, 2-story house with plenty of space to hang out with friends or family. The owner was very responsive when we requested a couple items that were missing. She even bought a new Keurig machine when we found that the old one wasn't working! A+ for service and communication. We enjoyed our stay!
