House is as advertised and we enjoyed the quietness of Palmarejo. If you plan to cook its not a fully equiped kitchen but we got by just fine. Beds are comfy.

Finish remodeling before renting! Add a sink to the kitchen so you don’t have to wash dishes in the bathroom. Thoroughly clean and sanitize each room.
