Playa Montezuman ylÀpuolella, rehevÀssÀ, trooppisessa puutarhassa, josta on upeat merinÀkymÀt ja lempeÀt merituulet. TÀmÀ on hiljainen paratiisi rentoutumiseen ja nuorentamiseen. Yksityinen itsenÀinen Casita king-vuoteella, kauniilla kylpyhuoneella, keittokomeroilla, jaetulla infinity-altaalla ja joogapaviljongilla.

Apinat, pizotit ja tukkaanit ovat sÀÀnnöllisiÀ vierailijoita! Ranta, kuuluisa Montezuma-vesiputous ja erinomaiset ravintolat ovat lÀhellÀ.

YKSITYISKOHDAT
Avaruus

Casita rakennettiin vuonna 2014 majoittamaan vierailevia perheitÀ, ystÀviÀ ja valmennusasiakkaita. Se on viihtyisÀ, hiljainen ja ylellinen.

Kuvittele tÀtÀ - saapuessasi kiinteistölle tulet trooppisten kasvien tasangolle. KÀvelet pÀÀrakennuksen, valtameren vasemmalla puolella. Altaan ja joogakannen ohi, tulet polulle, joka johtaa Casitaan. SiellÀ nÀet papaijapuita, helakonioita ja inkivÀÀrikasveja, kukinnan, vÀrikkÀitÀ pensaita ja palmuja. Yksityinen ulkoterassi riippumattoineen antaa tien hÀmmÀstyttÀviin laajoihin nÀkymiin alla sijaitseville trooppisille lehtineen ja merelle.

Suojattu patio tarjoaa ulkoilmaruokailua kauniilla kÀsintehtyllÀ pöydÀllÀ ja tuoleilla, jotka ovat valmistettu paikallisesta puusta, ja tÀysin varustetulla minikeittiöllÀ. LeveÀt liukuovet avaa Casita-makuuhuoneen suurella, mukavalla king-vuoteella, pienellÀ sisÀÀnrakennetulla työpöydÀllÀ ja kylpyhuoneen etÀosasta.

MUITA TIETOJA

KiinteistössÀ on 2 hehtaarin suuruinen pÀÀrakennus, ÀÀrettömÀn reunan uima-allas, joogapaviljonki, autotalli toisella huoneella ja oma kylpyhuone, lastentarha ja Casita. Puutarhassa on runsaasti trooppisia lehtineen, ja Casita on hyvin yksityinen.

Vieraat voivat jakaa uima-altaan ja joogapaviljonin omistajan ja hĂ€nen muiden vieraidensa kanssa hiljaista nautintoa varten klo 10–17. Koko kiinteistö on aidattu, ja kauko-ohjattava lukittu portti ajotieltĂ€ löytyy lisÀÀ turvallisuutta. Rakenteet eivĂ€t ole nĂ€kyvissĂ€ tieltĂ€, joten ne ovat hyvin yksityisiĂ€ ja turvallisia.

* Vuorovaikutukset
Suurimman osan vuotta asun pÀÀrakennuksessa yhdessÀ koirani Cocon kanssa. Saapuessani Costa Ricalle monien vuosien ajan, voin vastata kysymyksiin, ehdottaa pÀivÀseikkailuja tai kohteita, suositella ravintoloita ja ennen kaikkea tehdÀ kaikkenani varmistaakseni, ettÀ vieraani ovat onnellinen ja rento!

Toisinaan joogapaviljongissani on pieni lempeÀ joogatunni tai vesikuntoiluryhmÀ, joihin molemmat vieraani kutsutaan aina liittymÀÀn.

Casita sijaitsee Deliciasissa, kallion ylÀpuolella pienen boheemisen rantakaupungin Montezuman ylÀpuolella. LÀhiympÀristö tarjoaa erilaisia seikkailuja - katoskiertue, Montezuma-vesiputous, perhostila ja erinomainen ravintola ovat kaikki kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ. Ranta on vain mÀkeÀ alas, ja kaupunki on noin 1 km pÀÀssÀ kiinteistöstÀ.

* Muita huomioitavia asioita
Hinnat 1. huhtikuuta 2020 alkaen sisÀltÀvÀt uuden pakollisen 13% paikallisen arvonlisÀveron (alv), jonka Costa Rican Tourism Board (ICT) ja valtiovarainministeriö odottavat asettavan 1. huhtikuuta 2020 alkaen.

Wifi on saatavana Casitasta. Latausnopeus sallii joskus hitaan, mutta riittÀvÀn Internet-yhteydenpidon. Elokuvien katselu voi kuitenkin olla haaste.

Koirani Coco on erittÀin viileÀ, ystÀvÀllinen ja koulutettu. HÀn voi vapaasti vaeltaa kiinteistöÀ ja tulee todennÀköisesti vierailulle tai kahdelle loman aikana varmistaaksesi, ettÀ kaikki on hyvin kanssasi, ja antamaan ja vastaanottamaan rakkautta.

SIJAINTI: Voit lentÀÀ Costa Rican kansainvÀliselle lentokentÀlle joko San Josessa tai Liberiassa. SieltÀ sinulla on useita vaihtoehtoja pÀÀstÀ Montezumaan: San Josesta kuljetuspalvelu maksaa noin 50 dollaria per henkilö ja kestÀÀ noin 5. 5 tuntia; esimerkiksi Interbus Online tai Zuma Toursilla. Kotimaan lento Tamboriin Nature Airilla tai Sansalla (20 minuuttia), jota seuraa 35 minuutin taksimatka Montezumaan. Tai vuokra-auto joko San Josén lentokentÀltÀ (esimerkiksi Enterprise) tai Tambor (Budget).

Liberiasta siirto on lyhyempi, mutta Playa Naranjon ja Paqueran vÀlinen 30 km: n hiekkatie (rakentaminen) voi olla varsin haastava (seikkailunhaluinen) itsenÀisille kuljettajille, etenkin pimeÀssÀ. Kuljetus on saatavilla Tropical Tours Shuttle Services -palvelun kautta.

Ruokakaupat: Montezumassa on kaksi ruokakauppaa. HeillÀ on melko paljon kaikkea mitÀ tarvitset. Montezumassa on myös joka lauantai luomutuotteiden markkinat.

LÄÄKETIETEELLINEN: HĂ€tĂ€apu on saatavilla Montezumassa. Sairaala, apteekit, lÀÀkĂ€rit ja hammaslÀÀkĂ€rit ovat saatavilla seuraavassa suurimmassa kaupungissa Cobanossa, noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssĂ€.
TÀmÀ mökki sijaitsee kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ kohteesta Playa Montezuma. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. MökissÀ tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

30th Anniversary Stay

My wife and I spent our 30th anniversary in this Casita and it was wonderful. Beautiful views, surroundings and overall just a great place for 2 people to get away. 5 to 10 minutes from everything you need for a wonderful trip and all Lokita's suggestions are spot on. Invasion of the howler monkeys!!

Wasn’t really an invasion, but we had an awesome first two days with a group of 8 howlers camped out in the trees right above the casita.This is truly a wonderful spot, and a great place to base out of when exploring zuma and the nicoya peninsula. Starting every day with a short hike down to the falls is amazing!

Beautiful View

The view from this place was AMAZING! It was wonderful waking up in the morning and enjoying the sunrise from the dining area. The hammocks were so enjoyable too! The location was very private and felt safe. We loved the tips shared with us about Zuma Tours. They were excellent! We took a boat excursioun to Isla Tortuga and saw dolphins on the way. We also booked a surfing lesson through them which was amazing! The beaches are gorgeous there, and the tip to eat at Ylang Ylang Restaurant was awesome! The kitchen was fine, but be prepared for the ants. They were our faithful companions during cooking. :) The shower had some issues, but we were able to manage. We would definitely stay there again!

Unparalleled View

If you are looking for a spectacular view and privacy, this is your place. We've been vacationing for 30 years and this was the best view we've ever had. It's very private as well. The dipping pool is awesome but if you rent the Casita you can't swim in the regular pool at the adjacent house. The bed was comfy and the bath fine. The kitchen is outside and that makes it interesting but we did fine with it. Birds weren't that plentiful but plenty of lizards and hearing the howler monkeys barking from the jungle was cool. There's a great restaurant less than five minutes away. Walking down to town is a breeze but it is VERY uphill on the return, so you might want a taxi.

Great view and very comfortable Only down side was old plastic lounge chairs which broke as soon we sat on them. Unfortunate, as i have a bad back and there was 2 wooden longers by the other rental not being used.Would recommend

A beautiful, serene getaway for our 30th Anniversary

Wonderful one-bedroom, perched atop the mountain! We woke up to one of the most beautiful views you could dream of, every morning! Our days consisted of sitting on the covered patio, in the morning, enjoying a coffee, the view, and the sounds of the jungle waking up. From there, each day was different, Ten minutes drive down to the town of Montezuma for breakfast, or driving over to Santa Teresa, or going on a snorkeling excursion at Tortuga Island, or on a walking through the Wildlife Preserve, or a Horseback ride along the beach or in the mountains, or just a relaxing day at the beach. Everything was a short drive to get to. We did spend one day beside our dipping pool, laying in the sun. We finished off every day with dinner at any one of the restaurants in Montezuma or Cabana, eating amazing food, and then back to the Casita to relax on the patio before calling it a night. Lokita, the host was absolutely wonderful! While not on site during our stay, she was readily available via the VRBO message board, and had her on-site staff there to help if needed. My wife and I will return!!

Beyond our expectations

The minute the gate opens at the bottom of the driveway you know you have arrived somewhere special, the gardens on the whole property are stunning and well-maintained, you couldn’t ask for a better view, and to wake up every morning to the sunrise was a gift. The bed in the Casita was comfortable and the layout of the property was well designed. We enjoy walking so we loved the location as there is a nice loop across from the butterfly farm and it’s a 15 min walk to town. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and in town, Some of our favourites were right in Delicious, the Italian restaurant which has new owners right from Italy and there is a seafood one, but I can’t remember the name, and the Butterfly pop had great food. Our check-in process was seamless With Lokita the staff were helpful. We hope to book the Casita for three weeks next year as one week was not enough.

Incredible Spot, Slice of Paradise!

This was one of my highlight stops based on the description and it didn't disappoint. Everything is just incredible. Lokita's communication is top notch and the privacy, views and Casita are just wonderful. Unforgettable stay, love this place!

If you are looking for being one with the local nature, surrounded by beauty, in a laid back little beach town, then look no further! Our stay at Lokita’s casita was everything we’d hoped! From the howler monkeys and bird calls to rise to, chirping geckos and lazy lizards to entertain you, as well as a lovely plunge pool to keep you cool while you enjoy it all. To say it didn’t disappoint would be an understatement. Don’t forget a pair of binoculars to comb the trees for howlers and birds in the distance! While feeling complete privacy in the serenity, Lokita was just a quick message away for any questions or recommendations. We hope to return sooner than later!

Gorgeous Private Casita

We had a wonderful stay at this Casita right outside of Montezuma. The view and privacy was outstanding. The infinity dunk pool was an amazing feature we used from morning to night. The grounds of the property are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The location is outside of the city of Montezuma, but close enough for restaurants and beautiful beaches. There couldn’t be a more private location. The owner, Lokita, was extremely responsive to any concerns and gave advice on places to visit and eat. We hope to return to this rental again.

Montezuma Casita - property #930968

The property owner had been away for 7 months and was not there when I arrived so I dealt with the “groundskeeper” through Wattsapp. He spoke no English but we managed. When I went into the Casita there was an overwhelming sewer/septic smell which I was told had never been an issue. I ended up locating the source of the smell and repairing it on my own. I was then abruptly informed by the property owner upon her return to stop messaging the groundskeeper. There seemed to be a problem with the AC from the beginning and it eventually stopped working which again I was told had never been a problem. The owner dealt with the issue promptly but implied that somehow I contributed to its failure. I was asked to leave for most of the day to facilitate the replacement of the AC, it was non repairable. One day there was a water line break and had water shut off for most of one day. The ants were numerous on the property and power outages were numerous. I ran out of toilet paper and did not ant to deal with the hassle of asking for more so I bought my own. I was informed of repairs required to the carport and had to move my car, it didn’t happen until the next day. The owner told me my car was touching the plants at the front of the carport and then put a rope across the front of the carport. When I returned home the owner messaged me and said she went into the property after I left and the floor was wet and the AC probably froze and she will not accept another reservation from me.

Beautiful Ocean View Casita

We loved our stay in this casita. The views from this place are better than the pictures. We loved being close to the town of Montezuma, but still tucked away in the beautiful oasis. This place is very well thought out and very clean. We hope to stay here again someday!

Awesome Place to Relax and Enjoy the Peninsula

We truly loved the Casita with a gorgeous view and small pool overlooking the bay. It’s perfect for a couple who wants to relax and still have access to what Montezuma and the surrounding has to offer.

Perfect Getaway

Right from booking Lokita went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations, including all things from food to activities. We went to numerous restaurants recommended and loved each one, also going horse back riding that was suggested. The casita had everything we needed and provided us a safe and secure stay in paradise. We were greeted upon arrival and had all the information needed for our stay. The location was better than expected and a close walk away from a waterfall hike. We felt safe and very content in this casita. We would stay again and again here. You can hear the sound of howler monkeys and birds from the porch, a true pura vida experience. Thank you for hosting us!

Paradise- away from it all!

If you’re looking for a laid back beach town with abundant nature, this is it! The casita was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for breakfast and lunch in. View is incredible. Privacy abounds with all the tropical landscaping. Would recommend this place if you are planning to go to Montezuma.
