The staff were courteous and the room was clean, however the bathroom was not. The shower was dirty on the inside and needs a good clean. Everything else was acceptable.

We were just in transit and the M25 were closed just before the hotel. We spend over an extra hour to get there. Of course the hotel has no control of the road work. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth at 1 am. The room was comfortable and good value for money.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, top class staff. We never had breakfast as it was out of our price range at £27 and as I'm tiny I don't eat much over £80 for 3 breakfasts is extortionate.

The room wasn’t very clean, old toothpaste and beard trimmings around the sink, dirty splash marks on the bathroom tiles, cobwebs and dusty dirty carpet. Bit disappointing as the pictures and other reviews looked good

Room was fine, staff were fine but there had been a powercut and it had knocked out the tv aerials so no tv signal and wifi was also down, so no tv and no Internet. Breakfast was a good selection however all coulr have been warmer. If i didnt have an appointment the next day that i needed to attend I wouldnt have stayed with no wifi or tv.
