Great stay for one night. We were taking our 3yr old to Chesington for his birthday. Good location. Comfortable family room. Easy check in. Most of the food places in the service station were closed by the time we arrived at 11pm. Starbucks was open. We managed to get some veg paninis and one of the ovens had just been cleaned (no meat items heated in there since cleaning). Staff were happy to switch that oven back on for our veg food.

Clean hotel with some faults on our visit.

Pros: Modern decor in rooms with new sanitary ware. Plenty of hand soap, sanitary towel bags and some tissues provided. Clean, white hand and bath towels.
Cons: General maintenance and facilities need to be looked at in each room before a guest arrives. Shower doors must be functional.
Location: Cobham M25.
Hotel receptionist was polite, but did not smile at any point during check-in or check-out. We booked a family room to cater for 3 adults, but had to ask for a third mug and bath towel. Receptionist supplied us with a towel and tried her best with the mug; could only provide us with cardboard Starbucks cup, which she did apologise for. Not enough shelf space in shower room to place washbag and dirty overflow hole in sink. Shower door needed some attention as it was hanging just on one pin, so could not shut properly. Room was cold on arrival and only warmed up after a few hours. Thin duvet on single bed, not warm enough for the time of year, so had to cover bed in two coats and towels. Saw other guests using a microwave in reception area, which I think we might have used if we'd stayed longer than one night.

Quick family visit

Room was clean comfortable and adequate. There was a smell of drains in my room but my parents room was fine. I didn't think the bed was all that comfortable but for the price I paid I have no complaints.
