Talo on oma aidattu puutarha. Täysin remontoitu, rentouttava ympäristö. Omistajat eivät ole läsnä, mutta ne ovat käytettävissä antamaan tukea / neuvoja pyydettäessä. Näkymä Alppien ja kukkulat Monferrato.
Talo hyvin kirkas. Kalustettu puutarha rentoutua rauhassa ja joutuessaan luontoon. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö niille, jotka rakastavat ruoanlaittoon.
Hyväksymme lemmikit tilauksesta. House ihanteellinen pariskunnille tai lapsiperheille. Keskusta lähellä, kävelymatkan päässä. Kaksi kahden hengen huonetta lisävuoteella olohuoneessa.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Dezzanin viinitila. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick.Iideal für entspannten Urlaub mit Hund .Garten ist komplett umzäunt.Es ist alles in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen Nette Bar Restaurant und Supermarkt.Es geht aber immer den Berg rauf.Cocconato ist ein wunderschönes Dorf und auch die Umgebung wunderschön.Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer gut zu erreichen aufmerksam und Kommunikationswege

Well appointed property. We were 3 adults and a dog and the house was large enough and comfortable.The town of Cocconato has restaurants and grocery store all walking distance from house. A good base for visiting all the major towns/villages of Piedmont. Excellent communication with host.

Best place for a wonderful vacation

Our time in Cocconato was truly wonderful. From the very first contact, Karen was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips and insider recommendations.For us, it was a perfect week to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and explore a bit of the surrounding area.The house had everything we needed – it was well-organized, very clean, and offered a high level of comfort.Thank you for this fantastic vacation – we’ll definitely be back!At the end I will highlight the view !!!!!

Fantastisch uitzicht

Wat een prachtige plek, aan de rand van het dorp met uitzicht over de heuvels. Bij helder weer konden we de (uitlopers van) de Alpen zien liggen. In het dorp is genoeg te doen, leuke restaurantjes en andere winkeltjes, maar het huis ligt ver genoeg om in alle rust te genieten. De inrichting voldoet aan alle basis behoeften, wat het vooral uniek maakt is het uitzicht en wat ons betreft ook het dorp zelf, gezellig pleintje met cafeetjes etc echt bijzonder leuk. Ook Karen de eigenaar was betrokken en behulpzaam, al me al een hele fijne tijd gehad!

We had a great time, starting with a lovely welcome by Karen. Arrived just in time for a bit of medieval activity in the little town center, visited the wonderful church on top of the hill and town, found nice hiking paths and much enjoyed visiting Turin/Torino and Asti. Superb property in a lovely village

We loved staying at Karen’s place. We’ve been 4 adults and our two dogs. It was perfectly located to do trips of any kind and we also loved to stay in the private garden. Cocconato and its citizens are lovely, too. Karen, your host, is a super friendly and supportive lady.

Unglaublich erholsam mit Fernblick

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand mit uneinsichtigem Garten. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und es fehlt an nichts, insbesondere ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Der Ausblick aus dem Panoramafenster ist atemberaubend und mit einem Bild nur unzureichend wiederzugeben. Ich konnte viele Naturbeobachtungen vom Fenster aus machen; ein Mal kam sogar ein Steinadler in unmittelbare Nähe. Es ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zu Besichtigungen im Piemont. Karen ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche, hilfreiche und diskrete Gastgeberin, die den Aufenthalt perfekt macht. Jederzeit wieder!

Gemütliche und komfortable Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt auch in der Küche an nichts, falls man sich auch mal selbst versorgen möchte. Das Highlight ist der Erker mit großen Fenstern und wirklich traumhafter Sicht über die Hügel und Weinberge. Man kann dort herrlich verweilen und den Ausblick genießen. Es sieht in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Auch der Garten ist herrlich zum sitzen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund sehr vorteilhaft war. Man ist ungestört und für sich. Die Vermieterin Karen ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist ,wie es uns geht und hatte viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank für alles! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had a lovely week in Cocconato. Especially as there were local festivities the weekend we arrived. The house was terrific and with a view which we will remember for a long time. A wonderful place

Another excellent stay, having decided to return after really enjoying our week here last year. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday.

A place to unwind

The location of this house is just perfect. It is far enough from the center of the village to be quite, but it is not too far to buy buns in the morning. Cocconato itself is a beautiful village that, unlike other villages in the area, is full of life and you can get everything you need for your stay. There is a market in Cocconato on Thursday and on Saturday. The location of Cocconato is exceptional. It is located on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The same view is offered from the living room of the house and the garden. We particularly enjoyed the garden in the morning, when it was still cool. Having a relaxed breakfast with that view is just great. We enjoyed this peaceful time every single day. As we stayed there in August, it became quite hot in the afternoon, so that we hardly used the garden in the afternoon as it is directed towards the south. The house itself is clean and fully equipped. Since we like to cook when we have enough time to do so, we enjoyed the kitchen, which offers all possibilites. The house is equipped with an air condition, which is a bit noisy, but is essential when it is really hot ouside. The windows are equipped with moscito screens, which is very important as you can leave the windows open over night. There are not too many sightseeing spots in the immediate vicinity, which prompted us to visit Torino several times. Karen is a very caring and helpful host. Communication with her was no problem at all.

Perfecte plek in Monferrato

Alles was perfect aan onze vakantie van twee weken hier. De locatie is ideaal, op vijf minuten lopen van het centrum van Cocconato met supermarkt en kleine winkeltjes, maar ook een goedkope pizzeria, twee cafés en een top restaurant. Daarnaast ben je binnen een uur in Turijn centrum, half uur in Asti en zijn er allerlei leuke dorpjes dichtbij. Wij waren in de winter, goed verwarmd en met prachtig uitzicht over de vallei met mist. Via de achtertuin kon je er zo in lopen. Ook nog eens een omheinde tuin waar onze hond los kon lopen. Goede bedden, alles aanwezig in de keuken. Aardige host die in Asti woont, dus de hele woning voor onszelf. Geen enkel minpunt te bedenken!

Fabulous view

Karen was a very friendly host and had lots of very helpful recommendations for us. The house is perfectly located with a fabulous view. You can see the hilly landscape and the impressive alps behind. Also it is only a few minutes walk into town. Cocconato is a lovely place with bars, really good restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this place and Karen as a very caring host.

A perfect holiday at Ca' Ginota

The house has all the facilities one needs to enjoy a stay here, but the outstanding feature for us was the beautiful view from the house and garden which we never ceased to be amazed by. The garden is also very pleasant to sit and relax in and, as it is fully enclosed, our dog really enjoyed the freedom to wander around it. The location of the house, within easy walking distance of the village of Cocconato, is excellent. It well deserves its designation as one of 'i piu belli borghi d'italia'. It was definitely our favourite village, but you can choose to visit any of the many hill-top villages in the area and find lovely churches, narrow cobbled streets, lots of character and scenic views. We also really enjoyed our visits to the towns of Asti and Casale di Monferrato, both of which have many sights worth going to. From first booking through to our departure, the owner was really helpful, providing us with so much useful information. In summary, we found Ca' Ginota an excellent property and we would thoroughly recommend it for a holiday stay.
