Dollar value, sure there are many places to stay at this one is centrally located. There is quick access to the beach.Parking is free. Pool is nice even in December. The breakfast is free which saves you money. The room I had was large and had a pretty good view of the 2 falcon 9 launches that happened while there.

Pool was nice, staff were friendly. we got settled in to our room and a roach ran across the sink. They moved us, and the front desk and maintenance were really kind and apologized. Unfortunately for us, when this happened it was late at night. When we got settled again in the new room in another building, we found another 2 roaches. It was hard to sleep at night knowing the rooms had critters. Couldn’t wait to leave the following day. Definitely would stay again had it not been for that.

The room was cleaned and on the 1st floor which was convenient to go to the pool. My family like that the water in the pool is always warm even when the air above it is breezy and cool. Breakfast was superb with many choices. My daughters want to go back to the Beachside Hotel and Cocoa Beach for New Years eve.

Beachside has a flavor of classic Florida. The staff keeps things well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing by the ‘lazy river’ pool. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Would stay there again.

The Hotel was very accommodating as we arrived early for a cruise out the next day. The Hotel staff was friendly and there was a lot of activities lined up for that Saturday. The Hotel is older, and the food was ok. But it was a great place none the less.

The room was clean and nice. And the atmosphere of the whole campus was so fun! From the lazy river, the poolside bar and grill, the movie playing on the big screen, the retro decor, to the family feel. We will come back, for sure!

Clean room, very friendly staff, close to the beach, fun lazy river! Loved the mini-fridge, microwave and sink in the room. We also appreciated that we could walk to some beach shops, restaurants and Winn Dixie! Only negative was the water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay here again!
