Convenient in terms of beach access. Pool area is busy until later hours and gets just as busy around 10am. I went solo, so I was looking for something a bit more relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I did have to do some extra cleaning but I was comfortable for the price. Beach is about a 6 min walk. Can’t beat it. I’d say this place is perfect for families.

The room was very comfortable for our family of four. The kids lived the lazy river. The location was great, we were able to walk across the street and get to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was problematic only because of the shower. Any time anyone used it, the entire bathroom was soaked. There wasn’t any avoiding it. It was crowded for our family of four. However, the pool was beautiful, breakfast was wonderful, staff was helpful and kind, and a three minute walk to cocoa beach.

Loved the access to the beach. Loved our pool view . It was gorgeous ! breakfast buffet which was included was delicious ! They had a kids area with corn hole, sandy area with sand buckets and other items to entertain the kids . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved our room . It was perfect for a family of 5. We will come back !
