Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient. You can walk to the beach in just minutes, and a short drive will take you to local dining, shopping, and attractions throughout Cocoa Beach. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot. Biking is also a great way to explore the area and enjoy the coastal scenery.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
