The Space:

Cocoa Beach has a way of slowing time down - salt air through the windows, the sound of waves close enough to walk to, and a river glinting just beyond the balcony rail. This two-bedroom retreat sits right between the Atlantic and the Banana River, giving you the rare luxury of water on both sides without sacrificing the convenience of being steps from local life.



Living space

The layout is open and easy, with natural light and a laid-back coastal feel throughout. A dedicated workspace keeps things practical if you need it, and the balcony is the natural end-of-day spot - pull up a chair, take in the river views, and let the evening settle. An outdoor seating area gives you another place to gather, and the BBQ grill is ready whenever the mood strikes.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms each fitted with a queen bed sleep four comfortably, with a sofa bed available for a third guest if needed. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens mean you can actually rest - whether you're up early for sunrise or sleeping in after a long beach day.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, and baking sheet. Everything is stocked so you can eat in as often as you like.



Bathroom

One well-appointed bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products covered. Towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are all provided.



Beach & water access

Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all on-site and ready to use - no need to pack or rent. The beach itself is a short walk from the front door. Back at the property, dock access gives you a direct connection to the river, whether you want to fish, kayak, or simply sit and watch the water.



Location

You're in a quieter stretch of Cocoa Beach that still puts everything within easy reach. Local restaurants and surf shops are nearby, and the Cocoa Beach Pier is a short trip away. Kennedy Space Center is also close by for a day of exploration. Free parking on-site and free street parking mean coming and going is never a hassle.



Pets are welcome. Self check-in via smart lock. Long-term stays accepted.

Biking is also a great way to explore the area and enjoy the coastal scenery.

3-stars were given due to multiple factors. The physical condition and cleanliness of the property. The pictures on the listing appear to be old or enhanced. There are bubbles in the ceiling, we arrived to hair in the bathe, and rust in the kettle. We equated the room quality to that of a Motel 6 or Travel Lodge.

The location was not as described. We understand that situations arise, but we chose this property because they said it had a dock to fish. The dock was under repair and didnt exist. They should have been transparent. The building material was left just feet in front of our door.Our first night we went out shopping and left our dog. We arrived back at the property at 1010pm. I heard our dog bark when we closed our car doors. We emptied the car and by 1015pm received a complaint that our dog barked after the quiet time, which they stated was 10pm to 8am. The only mention of our dog.Everyday we received a text regarding what they said was an internet outage for the properties and they wanted to access our unit since the router was in our unit. I said the internet WiFi is working as we were streaming movies and surfing the web while logged onto the network. They said ok...then said there was a ticket opened with Spectrum and would need to access our unit and would we be there. I said we would not as we came to FL to visit our grandchildren and attend a family graduation event. This went on everyday asking me if i would be there. I had given them permission to access the unit, but asked for management to be there as well, as we did not want our entry lock code comprimised. They said they would have a team member present.Aside from that...the doors had gaps when closed so you could see daylight through...one bed had no middle support. The refridgerator looked beat up with dents
