Beautiful recently remodeled Cocoa Beach first floor condominium and new bathroom. Heated pool, tennis court, pickle ball, shuffle board and outside grills.

5 minute walk to Publix grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and Dollar tree. Rental scooters close to Complex and easy to view all rocket launches from complex or walk to beach.

Condo is fully furnished with all your needs. 60 inch tv with cable and wifi. Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher and all dishes, pots and pans. Washer/dryer inside unit. All stay linens, towels, pots/pans, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc. are stored at condo.

Close to World Famous Ron Jon's, Kennedy Space Center and walking distance to many places. 1 hour from Disney World, Universal and Sea World. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Loved the easy access to the beach -- just a few steps away from the sand and my husband who uses a walker could navigate it. Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store and a Dollar Tree!! Fully furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. Highly recommend it!!

Great location!

The condo was very well furnished. Everything one needs to enjoy their stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and kitchen equipment. The pool area was great. Steps to the beach and secure access as well.

Cute Beach Cottage

Our month stay in this condo was great. The private beach access was safe and handy. All our favorite restaurants and shopping was close by. The unit was cheerful and spacious. We chose to use the second bedroom for sleeping and the mattress was amazing. Even though we didn't do any cooking, the updated kitchen was nice for easy prep and heating leftovers. The bathroom had convenient updates as well, and the regular size washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would love to book the condo again in the future.

Amazing stay

Pictures don't do it justice. The condo is fresh &!adorable. Nice furniture and just about everything you can need is there! Anything I forgot was borrowed from owner or bought at nearby stores. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. It was a quiet location and there were things to go do close by either via car or walking. I can't wait to go back and stay longer. *I do recommend replacing the manual can opener and adding a larger frying pan and cookie sheet, but we made do and had no problem!
