You will simply fall in love with the breathtaking DIRECT OCEANFRONT views from this 6th floor, two bedroom. Enjoy watching endless sunrises from the living room, master bedroom or private balcony. The updated kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals in. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the ensuite master bath offers a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and guest bath has a tub/shower combo. This unit is set up to sleep six with air mattress.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a short walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.
