This property has a new owner who was onsite and very nice. We met the gentlemen who maintains the property, he was very nice and helpful. The unit we were in, number 8 is upstairs has been fully remodeled. The AC works great! The space was tidy and nicely decorated. The main bedroom was roomy and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is simple and rather sparse in cooking items & dishes but since we were only warming items and not really cooking for the weekend, it was fine. There is a dishwasher but we were not provided any soap so we washed the few items we had by hand. The bathroom is fine. It features a tub/shower combo and nice water pressure. There is a large sliding glass door that leads to the small balcony. The door does not have a blind or curtains but the owner mentioned that she is working on a fix for that. The wifi was not stable for us so we did not use the TV in the living room. I am sure that we would have gotten help if we asked but we were not inside the unit that much so we used our laptop and personal hotspot. The pool area is nice and the pool is well maintained. Offering pool floats and even boogie boards to use. There are beach access points per block across A1A so it is convenient. The access point for the beach for these units is under construction but you can walk/drive in either direction for beach access. There is a parking fee should you decide to drive. The property is a work in progress but it has a lot of potential.
