Nauti rannasta tässä ylellisessä tyylikkäässä 5 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuoneistossa, joka on 200 metrin päässä Cocoa Beachin pehmeästä ja lämpimästä hiekasta. Tässä kauniissa 2450 neliöjalkaa yksikerroksisessa kodissa ei ole portaita eikä katuja, joita ylittää lyhyellä rauhallisella kävelymatkalla rannalle.

SailAway Beach House on suunniteltu vastaamaan suurten perhe- tai yritysryhmien tarpeita. Se mahtuu 10-12 vierasta. Tilava suuri huone yhdistää olohuoneen, keittiön ja ruokailutilat. Nauti lepotuolista yhdellä nahkasohvista, kun katsot 65 tuuman älytelevisiota koristeellisen valkotiilen takana. Valmista ateriat käyttämällä uusia ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita avoimessa keittiökeittiössä ja tarjoa heille vieraina istuen ruokapöydässä (paikkaa 8) tai suuressa vapaasti seisovassa graniittisaaressa (paikkaa 4).

SailAwayn trooppisesti maisemoidun takapihan keskipiste on yksityinen lämmitetty uima-allas 20 x 40 '. Uima-allas menee syvyydestä 3 '9' - 7 '. Allaskannen ympärillä on runsaasti tilaa auringonottolaisille tai vieraat voivat mieluummin varjostettua rentoutumista kauniin pergolan alla. Hiekkainen leikkialue tarjoaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ryntää, kun heidän vanhempansa grillivät Weber-grillillä. Asiakkaat löytävät etulaskupesukoneesta ja -kuivaajasta hyödyllisen mukavuuden oleskelunsa aikana. SailAwaylla on pysäköinti 4-5 ajoneuvolle kiinteistöllä. Julkinen tuntimittainen pysäköintialue on saatavilla myös kadulla. Kätevä rantavaunu, jolla on rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoja, rantaleluja ja boogie-tauluja, odottaa sinua rannalomaasi. Queen-ilmapatja on saatavana pyynnöstä.

Maailmankuulu Westgate Cocoa Beach -laituri on 2 korttelin päässä etelään. Ruoka, juoma ja virkistys ovat saatavilla siellä. Olemme lähimpänä rantaa Disneylle, joka on noin tunnin päässä ja Kennedyn avaruuskeskus on 20 minuutin päässä. Olemme 25 mailin päässä Space Coast -stadionikompleksista.

The house was in a perfect place. The beach entrance was at the end of the block( no busy roads to cross) the property was within walking distance to some restaurants. The property was also close to visiting family that live nearby.Communication with the owner and manager was quick and easy through text messages and phone calls. Great stay in a beautiful home at Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early July. The property was very clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, super close (easy walk) to the beach and communication with the property manager, Cathy, was excellent. We were there for a baseball tournament and had no issues getting back and forth to the fields (about 25 minute drive with normal traffic). Thanks for a great experience in Cocoa Beach!

Great family stay in Cocoa Beach!!

Our family of ten (six adults and four children ages 7-10) throughly enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Some visited Disney and Universal a few days, while others enjoyed the short walk down the street to the beach every day! The house was well stocked, clean and had a great layout for our group. The pool was exceptionally large and fun and the beach was wonderful… not packed like our northeast beaches. The overall location was great too!! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful including tips for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this property and host (host has other properties as well).

Had an amazing week here with our kids and grandkids, 6 adults, 5 kids. This home was beautifully furnished, spacious, well stocked kitchen…cooking tools, glassware, dinnerware,etc. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. This home was very clean…pristine!Pool was huge and warm! Well stocked pool and beach items available. Only like a block to beach crossover. Best host we have ever dealt with both before and during trip! We will definitely be back. No complaints at all. 5 stars!

Another great trip to Cocoa Beach

Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier. We played golf a couple of days, and we saw a launch at night which was very cool. Also, a storm was over the ocean, so we had a great light show. A Mister Donut is down the street with many other good restaurants nearby. Would defiantly stay here again with a large group.

Christmas in Cocoa Beach was amazing

First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family memories forever

Family vacation

3 generations stayed, from 10 month old to 74 year old. The house was spectacular. About 2 block walk to ocean and no streets to cross. Watched 2 space launches which the family thoroughly enjoyed. Beach in the morning, pool afternoons and evenings. Highly recommend this home!
