Moved and happy

We did not like our first room. Neighbor was loud and the view of the trash was not fun to drink coffee to. They immediatly moved us to a floor above with a view of the river. It was great to be taken care of.

The shower water every morning was Luke-warm at best. The front desk said it is because only 2 tanks of water serve the entire hotel. When busy, there is not enough hot water for all guests. That is a lame excuse for a hotel in the Hilton family.

Room was good, but book a room at the back of the hotel because the front is still being renovated so it is noisy and the windows are covered so that they can spray paint the outside. The hot breakfast was cold on all 3 mornings we stayed.

The construction remodeling seems to be close to completion. The upgrades are fabulous, modern furnishings, beautiful carpet and tile! The work out room and pool area are first class. The front desk crew are always happy, informative and constantly paying attention to details.

This is a great hotel outside of downtown Coeur D'alene. Convenient access to the freeway. It was going through a remodel while we visited. Carpet was brand new and the room was clean and updated. Great place to stay.

Well as I entered the lobby naturally Anaka was there to greet me with her bodacious smile and informing me my favorite room was available and was ready! Now that we have all lived through construction wars, the past several months, we're all looking forward to peace and harmony on every travel experience.
