Hampton Inn hotels are always a safe bet, that’s why we chose this one. It was located close to dining, shopping and a great boardwalk on the river. The area was quiet and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and Hôtel clean. They were doing renovations so some of the parking areas were blocked. They still had ample parking. Noise, even with construction, was during hours that didn’t impact our visit. Would recommend and stay again.

This was our second time staying at the Hamptons and we were not disappointed, great customer service from all the staff , very friendly and helpful !!!! , room with balcony was amazing, with a view of the lake and very good breakfast options ..

Hampton is the best

This hotel is beautiful and newly renovated. Anaka at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. She actually looked at my requests and moved us accordingly. The room itself was spacious and clean. We were on the top floor. The balcony we had looked out at Spokane river which was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark. Breakfast had plenty of options. They have a 24hr gym and pool which is great. Check out isn’t until 12 and check in at 3pm that’s pretty unheard of! Loved it! We will definitely be staying here again.

The staff is nice however they let 2 tour buses idle outside our room in the parking lot multiple nights which kept us awake. We’ve been coming here for years and the prices keep getting more expensive with less to offer.
