THE SPACE
Living/Dining/Kitchen
An open floor plan between the living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV with Netflix and live streaming via YouTube TV. The dining table has seating for 6 people - high chair is also available!

Fully upgraded kitchen with refrigerator, gas range stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, toaster, blender bullet and Keurig with an assortment of K-cups, sugar and creamer pods.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and pillows to feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud! The Master suite also includes a private bathroom.

Two guest bedrooms have Queen memory foam mattresses, the other with a Full memory foam mattress. Downstairs in the play room, the couch pulls out into a Full size bed - perfect for the kids!

Full guest bathroom with bathtub is conveniently across from the upstairs guest bedroom and near living room. Another full guest bathroom with a shower only is located downstairs across from both bedrooms and laundry room. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash and a hair dryer.

Pack & Play is accessible for all guests to use as well!

Backyard
The backyard offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. The patio has multiple sitting areas and overlooks the second tee box of the CDA golf course. Ample space for games and to let the kids to run around.

The outdoor grill is fully quipped with a propane tank and grilling.

Other
The perfect place to WFH. High speed internet with coverage booster to ensure you can take all of your video conference calls without interruption. There is also a desk conveniently located in one of the guest bedrooms.

This is a pet-friendly home (dogs only)! We charge $150 per stay with pets in order to deep clean in case of allergies for guests who arrive after you.

Two bikes are available for guests to use. Beach access is only a few minutes away by bike or walking along the Atlas Trail!
