The Flats is a newly renovated apartment located in the heart of CdA right on Sherman Avenue, and is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops,and bars downtown. The executive suite features a full luxury kitchen, private bedroom with a king sized bed, full living room, and sleeper sofa. Newly installed heating/air conditioning units will keep you comfortable no matter the season!



The Space:

Welcome to your 1-Bedroom Suite

1. Check-In & Access

Getting settled is a breeze. Your smart keypad code will be sent before arrival—just punch it in and step right into your suite. No keys, no hassle, just a smooth start to your stay.



2. Wi-Fi

Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Your network name and password are in your welcome email and also posted inside the suite for easy access.



3. The Bedroom

Relax and recharge in a cozy king bed with crisp white linens. Thoughtful touches include luggage racks to keep your bags organized, side tables with USB plug-ins and wireless charging, a white noise machine for restful sleep, bedside alarm clocks, and curtains for privacy and light control.



4. Living Room

Kick back in the spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating. Hosting more guests or need extra space? The sofa pulls out into an additional bed—extra linens are provided in the closet.



5. Full Kitchen

Cook like you’re at home with a full kitchen featuring a stove/oven, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of cupboard space for your items. We’ve stocked the basics to make simple meals and quick pick-me-ups a cinch.



6. In-Unit Laundry

Pack light—your suite includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Detergent is provided.



7. Bathroom Amenities

We’ve stocked the bathroom with the essentials—shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels—so you can start and end your day feeling refreshed.



8. Check-Out and Early Check-In Options

Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you’d like to linger a little longer or arrive earlier, you can reserve a late check-out at 12:00 PM or an early check-in at 2:00 PM for just $25 each. Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll make it happen.



9. Local Attractions

From lakes and hiking trails to boutique shops, restaurants, and seasonal events, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy all that Coeur d’Alene has to offer—whether you’re here for work, play, or a little of both.



10. Pets

We love hosting dogs. There’s a $50 pet fee per stay to keep everything fresh and comfortable for all guests. Sorry, no cats at this time.

While our lot is small, there’s plenty of extra parking just steps away on a quiet side street next to the building—spots are always available.

Explore a wide range of indoor and outdoor dining options, year-round community events, local art, cafes, and unique antique shops. You’ll be just 5 minutes from the stunning Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and a quick 5-minute drive to the local golf course. Kootenai Hospital is only 7 minutes away, while for more adventure, Silverwood Theme Park is just 30 minutes and Silver Mountain Resort, known for skiing and snowboarding, is 35 minutes away. For family fun, Triple Play with its year-round indoor water park is only 15 minutes from your doorstep

Getting around The Flats is easy! You're right in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, making many attractions walkable. For those needing to travel further, public transportation options are available, though specifics on routes and schedules are best found using a local transit app or website. Parking is readily available. While our lot is small, there’s plenty of extra parking just steps away on a quiet side street next to the building—spots are always available. For those arriving by air, Spokane International Airport (GEG) is approximately a 45-minute drive. Consider ride-sharing services or car rentals for convenient airport transfers.

Key Details for a Great Stay at The Flats:



Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For convenience, we offer early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM for a $25 fee each, based on availability. Please inform us in advance if you require either option.



Parking Information: Complimentary parking is provided. While our parking lot is compact, ample additional parking is located on the adjacent side street.



Pet Regulations: We welcome dogs! A $50 pet fee is charged per stay. Sorry no cats are permitted



House Rules for a Pleasant Stay: Kindly maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the suite. Thank you for your consideration.
