Short 5 minute drive to public access waterfront at Black Rock Marina with Shooters Bar/restaurant, convenience store, boat launch (can also launch your kayaks and paddle boards) and boat rentals. Cruise around on your boards in a peaceful no wake bay.

Please make sure all three doors are locked (main entry door plus two sliders) and return key to lockbox and make sure lockbox is locked.
Please gather all used bedding and towels and place in front of washer and dryer.

The property is very nice, but it is a little challenging to get to and is located a fair distance from any city amenities. We enjoyed the privacy that the property offers and its natural beauty. We were surprised that there was no microwave in the unit. Also, the wifi is essentially non-existent and streaming a service for tv is not really an option.

This place was perfect for our family. Amazing deck with outdoor dining and living area. Fresh modern/industrial interior. Quiet neighborhood. Close to lakeside dining/marina/general store. Would definitely stay again.
