I arrived there to find the limited parking not suitable for my vintage Mini Cooper which was also loaded with personal belongings as I am relocating interstate. I conveyed my concerns to the Manager who accepted them and advised I would not be charged. This did not happen. I’m very disappointed in the lack of integrity. 😊

Great staff. Really clean room. Great supply of shampoo/conditioner/toilet rolls and nice hand soap which was great. Kitchenette a little small and road noise a little loud. However apartment was cute and pleasant to stay in.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and had believed that we were booking the same type of private ensuite Queen room that we’ve stayed in previously. But this time the room was designed differently- it was half way along the hall and was much noisier and had light shining in, so sleep was tough because of the noise and light coming through a vent above the door all night. The bathroom was technically still private this time as booked, but it had a connecting door through to another room so it didn’t feel private even though the other door was locked. We would have happily stayed here again if we knew we would get the room we’ve stayed in previously at the end of the hall, but never again to this room.
