Access to the property is simple, although with an uphill path that alternates between paved and unpaved sections. The house is located just a few minutes by car from Coín, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and a shopping centre to cover all your needs. Additionally, from here you can easily access the Costa del Sol and important points in the province of Málaga such as Marbella, Málaga capital, Fuengirola, and numerous natural parks and beaches.
