Wake up to sweeping panoramic views and spend your days lounging by the spectacular infinity pool, enjoying alfresco meals on the terrace, or watching sailboats glide across the bay. In early March, you can even witness the world-famous Heineken Regatta right from the villa’s terrace or aboard a private catamaran tour.

Housekeeping & Guest Experience
• For stays longer than 5 nights, 1 or 2 mid-stay cleaning visits are included, in addition to a deep cleaning before check-in and after check-out.
• Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee, regardless of the length of stay.
• Guests are greeted in person with a brief property tour at check-in.
• A short property inspection and key return are required at check-out.
• The property is occasionally used by the owners and is maintained with the highest standards.
• Some construction may occur in the surrounding area, but it does not affect your view or privacy.

• Baby crib available upon request for $40 per stay
• Makeup remover towels provided in every bathroom — please use them to avoid damaging white linens

Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card 1 day before arrival. This is not a charge — the hold will be automatically released within 3 days after check-out if no damage is reported.
