Enjoy the spacious patio for morning coffee or sunset dining, unwind with two beautiful bedrooms with ensuite baths.
Located in a secure, gated community, you're only minutes from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Philipsburg and Simpson Bay. In addition to 37 different beaches all within a 30-minute drive of your front door! PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA THROUGH 2027. They work from 9AM-4PM weekdays. We have not had any complaints regarding noise or inconvenience.

This property was the perfect stay! There is a beautiful beach and restaurant that is walking distance from the villa. The home and pool was clean and Chad was a great host! Danielle the house manager was also great on ground help she was there when we arrived and was available for any questions, she also helped us find a great reliable taxi service. Overall this was great stay to experience this beautiful island and we will definitely be back!!
