Erica the receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped with our plans and made things really easy. There needs to be more gluten free options and almond milk options. Not able to have the soy option and dairy cause major problems and so does lactose-free

Incredible value for money

Incredible value for money! This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lake Como - the pool area was amazing, breakfast had a great selection, the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the room itself was spacious, modern, comfy and clean! Welcome drink on arrival, parking was easy, loved the fact that you have a kettle in your room with tea/coffee, and the shower was great! No complaints!

Modern, clean & spacious

We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar. The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. It was extremely warm and would not blow cold. The reception tried to fix it but the temperature kept rising to 25.5 C degrees. As a workaround, the reception gave us a fan for the room and advised us to turn off the air conditioning completely. Colico itself although extremely beautiful and picturesque, seems like a fairly sleepy little town but we visited over a very rainy Easter weekend so we expect that the footfall in the area increases drastically in the summer. We will definitely visit again and stay at Seven Park Hotel as the location is excellent and the train station is also just 3-4 minutes walk away.

Clean comfortable room. Superior service from the front desk, restaurant, and breakfast room waitstaff. Wonderful location on the north end of Lake Como in Colico-a charming small town away from the crowds and noise of Como. Beautiful facilities including swimming pools, saunas, and strewn rooms. Adults only. Access to hiking and biking trails. Breakfast was wonderful with an extensive and delicious buffet, as well as cooked to order items.

There was so much we loved about Seven Park Hotel in Colico. Although the outside of the hotel is unremarkable, once you walk inside, it is welcoming and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned every day. Giulia at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining how to get to the sites we wanted to visit. The staff in general were attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious, healthy and plentiful. Seven Park Hotel is only a seven minute walk from the TreNord railroad station and a ten minute walk from great places to eat and shop. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, unlike some other more touristy villages. Finally, the nearby trail (for hiking and biking) that hugs the lake, is only a two minute walk from the hotel.

It’s a very beautiful place the location is amazing, hotel is fully renovated and clean , just the pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the rooms are not big ! Overall it’s a stunning hotel with a stunning view with very nice staff
