We spent one night here and I must say we were expecting a lot more for the price of $300.00 for one night. Location was convenient since we were attending a football game at Northwest Stadium which was close by. The restaurant was not a real restaurant in our eyes. Overpriced for the quality. We ate breakfast only here. There is nothing for shopping or eating close by either. Next time I will research the property better! Disappointed!

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. The reservation details clearly stated that my stay included breakfast. However, I was informed that breakfast was not included, and I was subsequently charged for it during my stay. This is both misleading and unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided on your website when booking. I expect Hotels.com to honor the terms advertised at the time of purchase and to reimburse me for the breakfast charges I had to pay due to this error.
