I liked the cleanliness of the 2nd room. The 1st room I was given smelled of smoke and ammonia. In the bathroom the paint was peeling off the walls. I requested another room and it was clean, bed was comfortable, but the base of the bed made an irritating industrial drum noise when getting up or sitting on the bed (very loud)! Also, the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. The breakfast was disappointing (only 3 muffins available and coffee). Overall, I was not impressed! You are in a prime location and your hotel should represent the fact that you are across the street from Joint Andrews AFB.
Well it wasn't a pleasant check in bad customer service, the representative lied and said I choose the room that has two full beds, after checking my reservation on-line I choose a king bed smoking , I gave the representative a piece of mind, I'm a regular customer I never was treated like he did. I called on the phone what was said was no rooms available but people walking up getting rooms, the customer service at Days Inn really went down hill.

The place was easy to reserve the worker booked me in really quick no hassles the only thing is the hotel room was really out of date owed quality of breakfast was horrible they only give muffins in coffee and orange juice or apple juice I think I overpaid for the type of environment in hotel Overall it was quiet slept well just wish that breakfast would’ve been a little bit better.
The beds were on metal platforms that made a really load bang like noise anytime you got on or off it. The shower had black mold on the ceiling. We asked for a non smoking room and she gives us a room with cigarette burn holes all over the comforter. The light in the bathroom flickered,the microwave made a load humming noise so we unplugged it,the cheap tiles on the floor were peeling up, the stench of weed was coming through the walls,and it’s a REALLY sketchy area. I asked for the WiFi password and they didn’t give it to me until the day I was checking out!
