This hotel was the worse. The managers are unprofessional and unwilling to assist. We were on the 5th floor and had no hot water for hours. I could give my son his bath. My husband called and spoke to Ruby and she said there is nothing that she could do. He then spoke to James Hodges, a night manager and it sounded like he didn't care. We all wanted to shower after being out all day but the water was super cold. Thr shower curtains had rips. The wall paper was peeling. The furniture was sticky. The pool was so nasty. It was green with a layer of grease. My 8 year old was in tears because we didn't allow him to go in the swamp pool. I am so upset and noone wants to own up to their faults. I will be contacting Corporate and lodging a full and detailed complaint. Never Again!

Hotel is clean, offers a decent free breakfast and has a small fitness room that well equipped and maintained. The only complaint I had was the person checking us in didn’t provide a warm welcome. Other than that, it was nice.

Room was clean but had an musty odor. The front desk staff was not friendly at all but the cleaners always spoke and smiled, hotel is in a convenient location, right by the beltway, gas station, chipotle and i believe hibachi on the go as well. There is also a shopping center located not far that offers more eateries and entertainment. Overall, I frequent this hotel because of convenience but I'm tired of being talked to any kind of way or treated a negative way. I'll just in the better area for better services with the convenience

Mold on the ceiling

The stay was fine once we got situated. We had to switch rooms because the first room door would not lock. We transferred to the 5th floor. The room was nice however there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. A gentleman came and painted over it. The room was suite 504

Upon arrival the receptionist was very unfriendly and impersonal. She gave me our room key, never gave us directions how to get to our room and didn’t inform us about check out time or any other helpful information about the hotel. Her attitude was nasty and unwarranted.
