Very welcoming staff. Check in was super easy. Traveled with family for an overnight stay prior to our flight. Rooms were spacious, beds were super comfy, and breakfast was great-lots of choices for my group. The small restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. Hotel staff recommended it for dinner and it did not disappoint. Definitely will stay here again when flying out of Atlanta.

Staff was a bit rude I called before hand days in advance to advise we would be checking in late, as in the next day early morning because we were driving in from Texas. I was told it would be ok and that my room would be ready. Upon arrival the lady checking us in was acting like it was her first day. And then proceeded to tell me my booking did not exist! After a 13 hour drive I was not having it. The room I booked was not available, so they put us in a handicap accessible room as a last resort. After going back and forth we figured it out and they did charge me for the room that I had already paid thru Expedia!!! The room was nice and clean. The breakfast has a lot of great options. Lots of seating available. Conveniently located near the airport and the convention center we were competing at for a jujitsu tournament was within walking distance. They offer valet parking only and it was a mad house retrieving our vehicle. We sent a text to retrieve our vehicle 10 minutes before walking down only to get there and be told the text message retrieval option was not working. We waited a total of 30 minutes to get our vehicle. Other than that it’s a good place to stay and conveniently located.

The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The valet parking had varied experiences. They were helpful because we had a carrier on top of our vehicle and they made sure to park it where we felt safer. However, it was disappointing that we would reach out to them as they asked and after 20 minutes we got a text saying that they were busy to contact them in 10 minutes. It only worked when we came down and asked for our car.

Amazing

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The room was clean and everything was in working order from the bathroom shower to the gym equipment. I would definitely recommend this space if you want to have a nice little "staycation".

Friendly staff. Walking distance to convention center, other hotels, and several restaurants, and the sky train. Note that there is only valet parking available which was an unexpected fee and inconvenience.
