The bathroom was disgusting. The whole room was Was dirty it looks like it hasn’t been clean in a couple of months. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This place is being falsely advertised as a great place to stay and it’s not. I had to leave The staff is nasty poor customer service skills The hotel is not a hotel its filled with strange people which is unsafe and I was afraid to get out of my vehicle It has roaches the linen and upkeep of the room unsanitary and gross the place is worn. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this place because it’s not a hotel. This place was advertised as a great place to stay which is untrue. I am requesting a full refund

You falsely advertised that this was a great hotel and it’s not it’s run down and the staff is nasty, the hotel is unsanitary and it is has roaches in the room and the linen and bedding is worn. The place is filled with unsanitary people and it’s not a safe place to stay. I want my money back.

All the front desk staff I met and talked to were very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had in courteous, caring and professional manner. Any housekeeping needs I had were taken care of by the housekeeping staff in timely manner. Overall my stay was good quiet and restful.

Always a nice stay ehen I visit the DMV. The entire facilitybis clean, the beds are comfortable, and transportation is provided to the National Harbor are.
