The hotel was great. Better than expected. The rooms/ lobby were clean, new and staff was friendly. It was great that coffee, tea and fruit infused water was available in the lobby 24/7. The continental breakfast was OK, but it was free, so can’t really complain. I would recommend as good value for the price.

Good location to airport. Room was nice, clean and everything I needed for a one night stay. Basic room. There was only valet parking when I arrived. It’s a long block from the shuttle train to hotel. Don’t cut through the parking lot, no access to hotel. Walk on the street to hotel from the shuttle.

Pray you get a room higher than the second floor

The curtains were paper-thin, and I was on the 2nd floor, so the street light beamed right into my room. The TV also cut in and out about every 15-30 seconds, maybe that was just my TV itself but unlikely. The actual room itself was fine, but the amenities, like the ones I listed, were my only issues.

I was told my request to change king bed to 2 queen was confirmed. Hotel had never received that request. We had one person sleeping on the floor. I will not book through Hotel.com again due to this situation. Unacceptable, simple request and it wasn’t honored. Hotel doesn’t work nicely with third party groups.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. My only complaints are the mattress is kind of hard and paying for parking was very expensive.

I liked everything except the strong smell of weed from all of the people loitering outside the front door. You may benefit from a designated area so they are not hanging out in front as people walk in.

Sue at the front desk was awesome.. after a frustrating day of traveling she was courteous, helpful and smiling. Even with all the questions we had. Another helpful person was the valet from this am.

Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. We stayed for the weekend since the cheer competition was at the convention center. It is so close that we walked there.
