The valet situation could be better. We got in after a day of being gone and the line was long and only one young man was working. I don’t blame him but he didn’t lock my car and luckily I was notified via my app.

Perfect stay for airport proximity

Tru is consistently a satisfactory stay. Always clean and nice customer service. Today was my first experience with the breakfast buffet and I was less than inspired but they offered enough that I could get on the road and look for a better option.

Good hotel, very clean, nice - but details matter

The hotel is exactly what I expected for a Tru, I have stayed at many of this brand hotel and have been pleased with the accommodations. My complaint about this hotel is that it did not advertise that it was Valet parking only which is an additional cost. They acknowledged at the hotel that it was not printed or noted ahead of time yet they gave me no consideration at all for compensation for or even allowed me to park my own vehicle. Would this have stopped me from staying at the property, probably not, but it is a pet peeve of mine when things are not fully disclosed before arriving.

After we got there employees told us that due to the amount of people currently staying it was Valet Only. There was only one or two valets working at the time so we had to park in a make shift line, check in, then gather out things and head to the room. Room was very clean and well stocked. Property was in a location that felt secure especially with my two kids under 10.

Excellent stay!

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and updated. Excellent breakfast every morning. Very quiet despite being close to the airport. Overall just a really good experience!

Great stay!

Our room had everything we’d expect. Great space. Breakfast was the best in a while for us. Even at 9:20 there was plenty of food and room to sit. Valet and front desk staff were very friendly and resolved our interactions very quickly. Great location for us to go the the Dream game and take the train to the airport and downtown.

It is very nice and clean. Paying for parking was a bit much since the airport upped their prices tremendously as well. Atlanta used to be a nice getaway for a family weekend, but even paying for parking at hotels has made it nearly impossible to visit often.
