It's a shame because the lady who checked me in at night was amazing. I think her name was Lisa. She was so gracious and personable. However the accommodations were a different story. The room was full of bed bugs. We woke up around 8am and saw bed bug nymphs crawling all over the night stand. Bed bugs typically stay on the bed, if you see them on the night stand, it means the bed was too infested to fit anyhow bugs so they had to find homes outside the bed. I immediately sent my husband to the front desk to get some black trash bags to contain the infestation of our stuff. I took my 5 year old's lovey into the tub and shook out 5 bed bugs. I told the lady in the front desk in the morning about it and she didn't act concerned at all but she ask for my room number and wrote it down on a post it and said okay, she's going to let the staff know. I tell my husband that I let the front desk know and he said he already talked to her and she was very nonchalantly answering him too.

The room was quite gross and appeared to have not been vacuumed in several stays. Insufficient number of sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels for our family of five. Fitness center was a joke. Breakfast was decent.

The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Was great for an Aggie football game weekend. Quiet and the staff member at the front counter was very helpful for our family. This is our go to stay for Aggie football weekends.

Desk clerk was sweet and kind and hospitable. Was not informed the elevator was not operational until we walked in the door. I called at 6:00 to alert of late arrival (midnight). Only THEN we were asked if we could walk the stairs to the third floor. The room smelled like dirty wet dog. Toilet does not flush properly. Tub faucet is missing the cover and has a constant leak though the night. AC worked poorly and ‘dirty’. I was told I received a deep discount, I feel I paid for an overpriced Motel 6. Room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was in poor shape to say the least. The area around it was overgrown and hasn't been kept up, the elevator was broken, the carpet in the hallways was stained and out comforter had an old blood stain on it. We will not be back.
