Was a great scenery and enjoyed our stay at the newer side! We had wonderful facilities and plenty of space for all 5 of us in the two double beds and the king beds. Had a great view of the harbor. The only thing is for those who might be staying for a night, just a waste. The check in is quite late at 4 pm and check out is the standard 11am... So theres that side to it too. When we went the pool and hot tub inside the building was shut down so we didnt bother using that amenity. But the gym is adequate and theres also a dining option

If i could rate negative 5 i would!!

I booked a room for my elderly mom, daughter and I about a month prior to our stay and two weeks after received an email informing me that the indoor pool and hot tub were under renovations and not usable! We were however offered the pool close by , but driving distance which was obviously inconvenient since we couldnt walk to the pool in our robe and sandals from our room like planned when booked! Had i known about the pool i would not have booked there! When we checked in we were told to get onto the nearby elevator and then off another floor and up some stairs and on another elevator and we would be on our floor! We loaded a cart full of our things and the elevator was out of order! We were then told another list of instruction through the maze of floors and stairs. We were lost and asked if someone could please guide us and the lady on the phone was rude. 45 minutes later we found our room. With my 70 yr old mother lagging behind limping because she has bad legs.. the next day we showed up for our aqua path appointment and was informed that ooops they accidentally scheduled it for the following month and offered different times that day but that didnt work with our agenda so we walked away very upset, shaking our heads, laughing at the ridiculousness of alll of it! Unbelievable!

The pool was closed and under renovation and spa that every one is booking this hotel because of it . Need to be booked 6 weeks ahead! Rude and unprofessional reception people at spa. None of the above was mentioned in expedia, as the pool was closed and If I should have booked the spa even weeks before I book the hotel what is the point of spending that much of money!!!I tgey said that the expedia was informed . I want Expedia at least refund half of my money. As all my plans and imaginations for the Spa snd pool and relaxation were all ruined.

This is probably the 5th time staying at Living Water. It’s a beautiful resort! Staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always live music at the fish Harbour restaurant within walking distance. Many walking trails. The kitchenette was well equipped. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The Hotel concierge gave us discombobulated directions in how to get to our room. We walked around the property till we figure it out. Although he was very nice, it was very frustrating. The hotel was extremely hard to navigate. It is recommended that a map be given with each registration so guests can locate the room easily and find what the need.
