4ARAP04 - In a new residence, in an old hotel completely renovated 2025, on the edge of creek with air conditioning, internet, parking and communal pool, road from Port-Vendres to Collioure.
Apartment type T2 equipped for 4 people consisting of a living room with sofa bed 160 cm and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood and small appliances) opening onto a large terrace with open views of the sea and the hills. You will also find 1 cabin bedroom (sleeping 140 cm) and its direct access to a small patio, a bathroom and separate toilet. The residence, inaugurated in July 2025, benefits from a communal swimming pool open in summer according to the prefectural decree, close to the surrounding coves and beaches, from the city center of Collioure less than 1 km. A private parking space, air conditioning and private wifi complete this accommodation.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the keys handover at the agency (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
