It consists of an entrance, separate kitchen (gas hob, oven, washing machine), a bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/WC, living room (convertible corner sofa 140), a terrace. Residence with electric barrier and possible to park in the driveways of the residence.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
