Total scam! Do not stay here

The host never provided check in details. The property claimed to have on site parking but is located down a narrow alley with no parking spots. We arrived at the property and iMessaged the host in English and French only to have him read but never respond to our messages. VRBO customer support called and the host hung up on them. Customer support could do little to help us other than offer a refund. We were stranded hours from home during one of the busiest weekends in Colmar without an option for another VRBO or hotel. Don’t book with this host or bring a tent when you get scammed like us.
