Magic Home Les Taillandiers is a charming 52 m² apartment, ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and Colmar train station. This cozy and well-equipped accommodation is perfect for a pleasant stay with family, friends, or for a business trip.
The ground-floor apartment consists of:
A spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area (double sofa bed), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), ideal for spending quality time together.
A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe for your comfort.
A modern bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
Plenty of storage space for your belongings during your stay.
Paid parking with a meter on the street, right next to the apartment.
The entire apartment is yours. For a pleasant stay, you will find:
Cleaning done before your arrival,
Beds made with clean sheets, bed linen for the sofa bed will also be provided,

Cleaning: Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning, are included in the price. However, you are asked to wash the dishes, take out the trash, and empty the appliances. If you prefer not to do this, you can book a "full cleaning" service for 30€ before your arrival. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a 60€ fee.
Digital contract and request for identification after booking via the Yaago platform. If the identity of the people present does not match the booking details, access to the accommodation may be refused.
