Convenient location. Great staff. Disappointed with powdered milk used in coffee machines. Even the scrambled eggs tasted like they were not real, not very tasty. Nice assortment breads, meats, cheeses at bfast.

We were upgraded to room #409, it was quiet but the floor plan was awkward, toilet far away from the bedroom. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Elevators need maintenance.

Great location. A 15-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful streets of Colmar. Clean, modern hotel with large rooms for families.

Too notch!

We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Colmar. The service was amazing, even going out of their way to make dinner reservations for our large group. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The amenities were beyond what we expected (our teenager was particularly excited about the bathrobe and slippers). The breakfast was excellent and at a reasonable price. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients. Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress. Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in.

Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. We visited with our 1 year old and dog and had a smooth stay. The rooms were quite warm with the aircon setting not going below 20 but everything else was spot on.

Good location. Quiet rooms. Every day our key cards stopped working and we had to go back to the desk to have them re-initialized. We did not realize we needed to reserve parking with them in advance, and on arrival learned their garage was full. So we had to find on street parking each time we drove somewhere. That was a bit cheaper but a bit of a hassle.
