This is a great property for the cost. It is convenient to walk 7-10 minutes to the Phantasialand bus. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the included breakfast is good. I would stay here again. Good value.

The hotels.com app has a map of the location which is incorrect, it was actually 2.5km difference, which was a problem for us as we had to walk there. When we mentioned this on check in, the receptionist didn’t seem bothered. Please check actual address and do not use the map on the hotels.com app

Rooms are simple, but missing a mini fridge. There was a portable AC/cooling unit, but it was full of dirty and smelly water. They started works at 7:30am on the roof just outside our room. The worker was using a blowtorch to add protective materials. The smell was unbearable and probably very unhealthy. If you have planned maintenance, schedule it at a decent time or give a heads up to your guests.

This is a basic hotel in the center of town. the room was small with a basic en-suite shower. Breakfast was very basic. When i arrived at 17:30 there was no parking so i had to park in the shopping mall

Clean and spacious.

Just staying overnight for Phatasialand. Room and bathroom was clean and looked recently refreshed. Staff was friendly and were also willing to look after my belongings while I was away at the park.

Nice Hotel and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly, the Elevator was not working when we arrived, so the staff helped us carried our 2 big luggage to the 2nd! It is a old style Hotel, but very nice and cozy , and great location! Next to the Christmas market! I will come back and stay when I visit Brühl next time!

This hotel was rated as excellent and 3 star. However the condition of the room was not near excellent.and star should not be given more than 2. And I paid $260 for one night for 2 people. They charged $38 for the second person in the room. Considering the location and condition of the hotel, the rate was overpriced. Also I feel the charge for extra $38 for the second person in the room is unusual and made ma very unhappy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel.at fair price

We slept there 1 night on our way to Phantasialand and were very satisfied with this hotel. It is located in a short walking distance from a shuttle to.Phantasialand. Our room was big and clean. Service is very friendly. And breakfast is good as well.

Clean room with a good breakfast offer. Sad there is no aircondition installed - only a fan with air cleaning function. Hence room was quite warm. But friendly service.
