The room was very nice and clean, well prepared and it had very modern facilities. The shower was incredible, with two heads and amazing water pressure. There was an issue with checking in as the system had to be updated so we had to call support and wait a while but it was sorted very quickly. The noise outside the hotel was incredibly loud at night but that isn't the hotels fault.

Really good value for money - the room was stylish, as was the bathroom, with a comfortable bed. I checked in online which made it easy to use the iPad to get my room key. I took advantage of the lockers to store my baggage as I arrived in the morning. It really wasn’t an issue having no staff

You get what you pay for!

Absolutely no frills here. We appreciated the breakfast cafe, and the communal spaces, especially with the rooms being so tiny. Rooms lacking basic amenities - like a table - shower somehow managed to soak the entire bathroom because of inadequate shower screen. Rickety bed. But main issue was noise. Paper thin walls meant everything was audible - including neighbours in room above.

Great for a weekend away.

A really cool hotel in a lovely part of the city, just 15 minutes walk from the centre which we always prefer, but make note of that. Great for confident travelers - app based check in / room keys, self service towels / amenities - didn’t see a member of staff our whole stay which is great for us but might not be for others (my parents wouldn’t coped for example!) Room was clean and loved the full window bathroom! Although even when froster you can see everything so if you’re not traveling with a partner maybe give this a miss. Great price too, would book again

Very good for a budget stay

Great room for a budget stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the main road outside (good double glazing). Close to an underground station, and onlly 10 minutes' walk to Neumarkt - a big shopping area with a Lidl and Aldi. The "no staff" element seems a little odd, but the check-in worked well and there's a large, warm comfortable lounge area downstairs. WiFi is rapid. Only downside - linked to no staff - was who to contact with requests (we didn't have akettle in our room, for instance). Other than that, would definitely stay again, and will look out for more Koncept hotels around Europe.

Hotel itself is good value for money, with modern furnishings and a lovely cafe downstairs serving fresh breakfast pastries and coffee. We enjoyed the self-service aspect of the hotel and overall had a great stay. We did have a slight issue upon arrival with the cleanliness of our room, however, the property manager was fantastic, apologised and remedied the issue quickly so thank you!
