Mosquitoes in the room, no bed nets. Stupid lazy desk staff, no bottled water, shampoo. Very noisy with the train at 5am. Try to find a better hotel but the standards are low in Sri Lanka.

Preis Leistung super

Pros: Es ist sauber, ordentlich, gut klimatisiert und hat freundliches Personal. Das perfekte Hotel, um sich Colombo anzuschauen und weiter zu reisen.
Location: Zentrale Lage. Von da aus erreicht man sehr einfach, mit ein paar Schritten, den Zugbahnhof, von wo aus man das Land weiter bereisen kann.
Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, weil wir von Colombo aus weiterreisen wollten, in den Süden. Das hat super geklappt, denn in wenigen Schritten ist der Bahnhof erreicht. Das Zimmer war gut klimatisiert, Dusche und alles notwendige in gutem Zustand vorhanden. Bei den Taxifahrern war es bekannt, sodass man gut dahin fand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und merkten später auf unserer weiteren Reise, das der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zu den luxuriösesten gehörte. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.
