Yhdistetty gourmet-keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone sopivat erinomaisesti isomman ryhmän isännöintiin. Tässä tilassa on myös takka ja oleskelualue. Alakerrassa on erillinen TV-perhehuone, jossa on baarikeittiö. Siellä on 4 yksityistä makuuhuonetta (joista kahdessa on ihana kylpyhuone), 2 ylimääräistä kylpyä ja pesutupa, jossa täysi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Nukkumista varten meillä on 1 king-vuode, 1 queen-vuode, 2 parisänkyä, 1 queen futon; 1 kerrossänky (2 sänkyä), 4 yhden hengen taitettavaa lattiapatjaa ("käännettävät tuolit"), 1 ylisuuri yhden kannen sohva, 1 sohva, joka muuttuu parivuodeksi, ja 2 tavallista sohvaa. Kotiin ei ole ilmastointilaitetta, koska se sijaitsee korkealla tasangolla 7500 jalan korkeudessa ja se on varustettu useilla kattotuulettimilla ja monilla isoilla ikkunoilla hyvän ilmanvaihdon mahdollistamiseksi lämpiminä päivinä.

Everything was great. We were looking for a place for our little wedding ceremony and this was the perfect spot. We loved a lot that it is all set up to celebrate the ceremony outside the cabin and, if the weather is not friendly, you can do it inside as well,–and that's what we did–. We also appreciated a lot all the facilities such as glasses, plates, etc., that are appropriated for a ceremony like this. Thank you for everything. This place it's highly recommended.

Amazing venue for our wedding

The property was absolutely amazing for our wedding. The hosts were super accommodating and supported us every step of the way for our planning process. We had a little over 50 guests and a Dj and bartender for perfectly with plenty of room for dancing. Can’t recommend it enough!!

Absolutely Beautiful

This is an incredible property. It’s easy to get to yet far enough away from the neighbors to feel like you’re in your own private space. The house is beautiful and clean and the layout is great. The property is surrounded by hills and trees. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The windows let in tons of natural light. The hot tub is clean and hot. And the host is super nice and very responsive. So glad we found this place. We will definitely stay here again for our next event.

We really enjoyed our stay. The main area was the perfect combination of functional space and cozy home feel. We were a bit disappointed in the kitchen due to the sparse baking wares and cooking utensils. We had to get creative while doing any cooking.

Spent 4 nights with extended family. Plenty of room for all to cook, eat, relax and play some games. Close to hwy for easy access. Great communication; as described. Liked the primary suite; kids could be in basement or hot tub and we could sleep!

Beautiful Location

We shared this home with another family for USAFA parent's weekend and it was perfect for our group. The house was super clean when we arrived and the has lots of fun touches. There was plenty of space to spread out both inside and out, and some fun games to play. The distance to the Academy was perfect for our many trips back and forth. We enjoyed it so much we already booked our next stay!

Perfect Place for A Wedding

My daughter and her fiancé wanted a small destination wedding. Colorado Springs has been a favorite vacation place for our family for years. The house and surrounding property were absolutely stunning! Lots of extra wedding decor to use and a great hot tub and fire pit! Plus lots of games in the garage area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The most magical house to have a wedding at whether it rains, snows or sleets. The house as is has its own beauty and does not need additional things done to it. Fit about 10 people comfortably in between the rehearsal and wedding both being at this house. Don’t hesitate, this house is AmAzInGgG! You will NOT regret it.

Beautiful property with some negative quirks

Overall I liked staying at this property - the loft makes it feel like you’re in a fancy treehouse inside of a house and it’s absolutely beautiful, the hot tub was lovely, and there were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. However, I think the hot tub was dirty or there were bed bugs or something on the property because I came back from my trip there with itchy red bumps all over my stomach; the host started us off with 4 trash bags total for a group of 11 people for an entire weekend and had no extras so we had to purchase them ourselves; each bathroom only had max half a roll of toilet paper and there was no other toilet paper in the house so we had to purchase more ourselves; the cleaning instructions at check out were fairly intensive but we still had to pay a cleaning fee and I personally feel it’s one or the other. I think it wouldn’t have cost the hosts that much to have provided trash bags and toilet paper so we didn’t have to go out of our way to purchase them. It’s a small thing but it does affect how people view the house when you refuse to provide basic necessities that will last long enough for a large group. Also the trash can and dishwasher are pretty small for the size of the house and amount of guests that can stay there.
