"Residents Only" street so should be no tourist traffic and no tourist noise. FREE on-site, off-road parking for 3 vehicles. Two living rooms. 10 foot ceilings. Unique architecture. Chef's kitchen. Granite counter tops. Stainless appliances. Free Wi-Fi. Two OnDemand HDTVs. Relax on wrap around Old-World balcony and patios overlooking valley, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, and Ruxton Creek. Garden of the Gods view. Captivating views of city lights, surrounding mountains, scenic rock formations, and towering pines. Lovingly remodeled and renovated over the years.
