It was a very nice place, the only problems were the water made a squealy noise, we could hear footsteps above us and we were not given enough toilet paper.

Colorado Springs 2025 Vacation

We checked in on July 1-3 in Colorado Springs to visit North of Colorado as we have family in Trinidad. Stayed in Springs and visited several cities we even attended a Rockies game which was amazing thou we didn't get a W, just the experience was awesome. We really enjoyed the charming home and the neighbors upstairs. Her cooking smelled amazing and missed cooking home cooked meals for the week. We were on the go, go Thank you for the hospitality The DeLuna- Arguello family.

Great Stay

The initial listing did not specify basement unit, but it was perfectly fine! The location was perfect, Paula was great with all communication, and it was very clean. We were very pleased with all of it. The snack/coffee was a great touch. I'm happy I chose this place for my first trip to Colorado.

difficulty getting door code

I tried to get the door code from the owner a day or two ahead but I got responses through the portal were not clear. We assumed we would get the code before check in at 4. When we got to the unit, at 5:30, we were hot and tired and still had no code. I spent half an hour getting through to someone at VRBO to help us contact the owner.When I finally reached her, she snapped that she already had sent the code, by text, but I double checked and she had not. Regardless, the process should not have been this frustrating and the owner should have been pleasant about it. The unit was clean and fresh with a nice variety of snacks provided. It is a basement unit, which we understood, but that it not clear in the website information
