Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti! Kävelymatkan päässä jumalien puutarhasta ja Glen Eyrien linnasta, 15 minuuttia ilmavoimien akatemiaan, tuulien luolaan, olympiamuseoon ja koulutuskeskukseen sekä vaellukseen ja pyöräilyyn!
Nauti tämän kodin kauniisti sisustetusta sisustuksesta ja ihastuttavasta terassista ja puutarhasta, nurmialueesta ja suuresta kannesta (propaanigrilli). Kun ei rentoutu suihkulähteen äärellä, nauti hevosenkengistä tai maissiaukosta. Neljä ilmastoitua makuuhuonetta ja kolme täyttä kylpyammeet kotiin mukavasti nukkuu 8. (Neljäs makuuhuone kaksinkertaistuu TV-huoneeksi). Olohuoneessa on piilopaikka, joten koko aikuisten nukkuminen voi ulottua 10 vuoteen. Makuuhuoneessa on pieni lapsen sänky sängyn juurella, ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on pinnasänky. Saatavilla on myös portacrib ja syöttötuoleja. Lasten leikkialueella on pesutupa ja parvi. On neljä solariumia, hiljainen ja erillään lukuhuoneista ja inspiraation huoneista (yksi on taiteilijan studio).

Keittiö on varustettu suurilla ja pienillä laitteilla ja on täysin varusteltu. On saari, jossa on lihakaupan ylä- ja baarituoleja. Excellent home and location for USAFA parents' weekend and family get-together. We were very impressed with the well-stocked kitchen and individual AC units in each bedroom. Cleanliness, condition of appliances, and communication were all top-notch.

Hosts were very accommodating. Communication was wonderful. House had a lot of space.A big negative is no central air. Only wall units in the bedrooms. No A/C in the downstairs at all in the common areas, kitchen, etc. A ceiling fan and one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The day I arrived the house was all closed up, no ceiling fans on or floor fans. house stay at 81 for five hours. Was very disappointed that there was not central air (as advertised) as Colorado can get hot in the summer. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a study downstairs with a pullout, thinking there was actually four bedrooms, which was not the case.

Located close to many activities so it made it convenient to go back & forth to the house. We had two babies age 2 & under. The convenience of a crib, portable crib, high chairs & a great play room with books & toys was ideal. Host were awesome & prompt to respond to us.

Very excellent property ! Excellent location ! And after a hard day of hiking and touring "most" of the sites around Colorado Springs, it was amazing to come home to a silent, peaceful and serene setting in a beautiful neighborhood. All and everything you need for a very relaxing retreat !

Great Home and Location for USAFA Events

We had a great week at this home - it was in a great neighborhood and was close to many of the activities we had planned. Weather could have been nicer so that we could have utilized the patio/decks, but just had a cold/wet couple of days last week.Great interactions with the owners - thanks for making the trip enjoyable.

Great place to stay!

We came with 5 adults; two couples and a single. The accommodations were well suited for both privacy and togetherness. The house is full of interesting things to view and experience. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many scenic attractions, with easy access to Interstates. We were out and about most of the time, and coming back each evening was safe and pleasant. Communication was easy and overall, it was a really nice place to stay!

Diane and Dave were great hosts. This was a perfect place to stay to visit nearby family while having access to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and groceries, etc. The place had all we needed, was clean, and Diane and Dave ensured they were accessible for anything we needed.

Vow renewals in Colorado Springs

This was perfect house as the location was 5 minutes from our house and lots gor kids to do. Had plenty of space as most grandkids eanted to stay with us. But we all cooked dinner 2 nights in zVRBO which was fabulous. All the kitchen ware was at hand!! Would rent again if lot of family comes to visit

Comfortable and thoughtful

Our stay was so perfect and comfortable. They thought of everything you could possibly ever need. Beds were comfortable. The solariums were nice spaces. There was plenty of room for each of us, from gamers to toddlers to late sleepers and early risers. The hosts were the NICEST and SWEETEST people with empathetic hearts and adoring souls. Lovely people and a wonderful stay! We’re already planning our next trip back!

Cozy Colorado

This is a great property if you are looking to be really close to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. We relaxed on the many cozy porches after long days of sightseeing. Dave and Diane are great communicators and the check in process is so smooth and easy. We love this place and can’t wait to go back!

Spacious and comfortable

We were traveling with our three kids so we wanted to be in a safe area but also close to some of the attractions. We enjoyed the welcoming feel to Dave and Diane’s home. It was very clean with lots of different seating options inside and outside. The two youngest enjoyed the tree swing and some of the toys in the loft. If I had questions, the hosts were super quick at responding and always helpful. We will recommend them to anyone who is vacationing in Colorado Springs.

Beautiful home and wonderful location.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Quiet neighborhood and just minutes away from everything we wanted to see! It was a very spacious home for our family of 9. Everything you need is right at your finger tips. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a meal. And we enjoyed the deer that decided she wanted to stay a few nights with us too chilling in the front yard! Lovely home and would highly recommend.

Lovely home in great spot

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful and the house had all we needed for our group of six. The kids enjoyed the toys and board games, and the internet and office space worked well for the few days I had to work virtually during our stay.

Warm and welcoming home in a beautiful place

Spacious, nice house with warm, familial touches in virtually every room. It was a great place to share a family meal, plan the next day's adventure and get a superb night's rest. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, with breathtaking views literally just outside the front door. Located so close to so many must-see and must-do things. My family gave this home an A+. And I agree.
