The Space:

Originally built in the late 1800s and recently renovated, this Victorian-style house is situated in the charming downtown area of Colorado Springs. Conveniently located for a night out on the town or a serene evening under the stars, the mornings offer an opportunity to explore numerous interesting businesses, excellent restaurants, and engaging activities within walking distance.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



⚠️ Downtown Location: Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area.



🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.



✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city. A-STRP-24-0726.

Great interiors and very clean inside. The surroundings need to be maintained better. There are lot of weed in the front. The neighborhood didn’t seem to the safest area but we spent most of the time outside so didn’t really matter. Also, it would be nice if the parking situation is explained better. Overall a good place to stay, great location if you are exploring Colorado Springs and surrounding areas

The property itself was cute & clean. The property manager was amazing promptly responding to a small issue we had. The location is not within walking distance to downtown, or at least not a walk you would want to do. There was a van parked on the other side of the street where it looked like someone was living in it. We saw some "transactions" that occurred- cars pull up, driver gets out and walks down the road walks back and a few second later a guy on the bike rides by and hands the driver something. The back yard is shared (no big deal) but when they say you can walk to restaurants, I guess they meant thru the alley gate that was ripped down to the McDonalds that was on the corner. Again, I only giving this review because I can't imagine a girls weekend or honestly even bringing a family with small children thinking that this is in a nice location.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for 10 days and it was the perfect location and quaint house for our stay with all the amenities. We enjoyed the home, and one night we even did s’mores outside. We had to get our own firewood but it was readily available at the nearest market and we left some for the next guests. The location was great and nearby all the shops and eateries. We were also a close drive to restaurants and garden of the gods and other fun activities in the area. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great little house, about 2 blocks from the Main Street

The house itself is very sweet, exceptionally clean and is well stocked. It’s an older style house and looks exactly like the pictures (inside). The beds are comfortable, there are games for the kids and adults and while we didn’t use the hot tub, there is one available to use if it pleases you. The owners left a nice snack box and some drinks and waters out which was a nice touch too. The house is 2 blocks or so from the Main Street and there is a 6ft high black fence surrounding the property. We walked the 2 blocks in search of dinner, and while the walk was easy and we encountered nothing untoward, it didn’t feel safe walking there with 2 kids and 2 grandparents…. Would just drive next time. The Main Street is vibrant and worth visiting. 4 stars because we are tea drinkers and we had to boil water on the stove as there wasn’t a kettle…. The stove is electric and very very slow…. Would stay again.

Extended family in town LOVED it!

It’s very close to my house and I didn’t have room for my extended family at my place. I took them over to check them in, it was so lovely. The hosts had turned the heat up, had lovely music playing, and had turned down the beds. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I only had my parents dry there, but could have easily fit another 4 family members and will definitely be renting this again when hosting family in town!

Great house close to downtown CO Springs

The owners put a lot of thought and attention to detail on the rehab of an older house. Bigger than I expected. Loved the off street parking as an option around back. Beds were comfy and house cleaners did an exceptional job.
